THE FINE ART GALLERY OF EVERETT SPRUILL - PAINTER OF JAZZ.....and other things....
Everett Spruill produces provocative compositions whose ingenuity and experimental character has enriched the art world for almost half a century. Masterpieces of his mixed media work from the early 1980s include the complete Tribal Rhythms and Old School Jazz and Blues series. Spruill's experiments in paper-making and printing, with examples from his "Mindscapes" and "Matriarch" series, were among the 30 works exhibited at Orlando City hall and the City Arts Factory during the month of February 2007.
